The seminars cover the concepts included in the book but add the benefit of group facilitation and interaction with other participants and with the authors/seminar leaders.

They plan their transition. Finally, they put it all together in a one-page "NewLife" summary. Tools are also be provided for reorganizing finances, evaluating progress, making course corrections, and determining legacy. The seminars conclude with practical suggestions for managing toward happiness and fulfillment and "living happily ever after."

The seminars are interactive and fun, and provide an opportunity for participants to be "early adapters" of a "master planned retirement."
